Regulatory information
As a Notary Public for England and Wales I am regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. I have professional indemnity insurance that covers me for liability up to £1 million for each claim. I am covered by a formal complaints procedure in case any client is dissatisfied with the service they receive. The procedure is set out in the Schedule to my Terms of Business.
